必ず対象のファイル名・もしくは商品名を明記くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
再生に関しましては、お問い合わせ前にFAQ/PLAYER などをご確認ください。

お返事は基本的に3営業日以内にお返ししております。
7日以上経ってもお返事が届かない場合は support＠4dch.com (＠は半角)が迷惑メールなどで拒否されていないかご確認の上もう一度ご連絡ください。

他に、ご入力いただいた返信先メールアドレスが間違っており、宛先不明で戻ってくるケースや何度お返事差し上げても同じ内容でお問い合わせいただくケースが発生しております。返信先アドレスや受信設定は必ずご確認のうえ送信ください。
